Your Questions, Answered

Can you accommodate different fitness levels within one group?

Absolutely. We design all our experiences with optional segments, allowing students to choose more challenging or moderate paths while still sharing core experiences with the group.

How does payment work?

Once we finalize your schools experience, we issue an itemized invoice detailing all agreed-upon services. A deposit secures your schools dates, and the balance is due according to the timeline outlined in the invoice. All payments are currently made direct with the school and not with parents to reduce costs of the trip.

What safety measures are in place on trips?

Every experience includes on site One Worldcamps camp co ordinator, trained instructors, comprehensive first-aid equipment, satellite communication when no cell service, and a tailored risk management plan aligned with the terrain and season and evacuation plan. Our head office is in regular communication with the relevant embassies and foreign ministries during our trips in case of any emergencies.
